Make Things Happen Limited is a second generation management consultancy devoted to helping organizations and the individuals in them realize their potential through organization development (OD), facilitation and training.
Essentially, our work is about change — never an easy thing, for organizations or individuals.

- Change is hard because most people are comfortable with the way things are — we can help you by facilitating processes that enable your people to face their resistance and move past it.

Our OD work has helped many types of organizations identify and address a variety of different challenges. We have developed and delivered a long list of hard and soft skills training programs. But we are best known for our work as succession planners, with a particular expertise in the family business succession process.
